Issues with illegal Aliens in the USA

Where is the American QUALITY?

Where is the American QUALITY?

 MacDonalds Arch

Ever wonder why service and quality is so poor today when just back in the 70s and 80s it was so GOOD?

Recently I went to a local MacDonalds for a Big Mac and I saw a sign in the employees area written in Spanish which said to was your hands when leaving the bathroom before you serve any food. I asked the girl who was serving me where the English sign was. She replied there was none! Everyone working at this MacDonalds was of Spanish heritage or Mexican. What bother me the most was that if there was no English sign then it meant no one there could read English….in fact this phenomenon is so predominate in our American society that even at HOME DEPOT now every isle in the store has Spanish translation for the NUT and BOLT isle.

 Home Depot

In fact this new lower quality extends so far that when someone can not read or write in English in the USA then as it actually happened to me that my new house was built by Mexicans I’m not sure if they were legal or not but NONE of them spoke English and so that also meant they could not read or write English. So when the new toilets arrived for installation they all arrived in boxes and were labeled Master bath, Guest bathroom etc etc. Well I’m sure you can guess what happened the Master bath toilet was installed in the Guest bathroom and vice versa. Can we blame them that they can’t read, write or speak English?

NO There should never be any BLAME on Mexicans! We should blame the US Government for letting them come across the border and work here, YES we should blame businesses that allow uneducated non English speaking people to work in their business.  WOW! I remember in the 70’s and 80’s an Employer required you have a High school education before they hired you.  WHAT HAPPENED that changed all this?

Do Mexicans NOW have SPECIAL PRIVILEGES? Sure thing you can work in any restaurant as a cook even if you can’t read the sign that says WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING THE FOOD!

YA Quality is not what it used to be. But rest assured we are being to learn to EAT BURNT, DRIED OUT, OVER COOKED AND OLD WARMER OVEN BURGERS just the way Mexicans like to serve them!

Are you a Mexican? Is this question now an offensive or discriminatory question? If so then being a Mexican and not wanting to admit it means you’re ashamed to be a Mexican and if you take any offense to being called a Mexican then you have a BIG Problem!  People always ask others if they are Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean and they don’t take offense when asked.

However when Spanish/Mexican students are asked a question starting as early as high school, students now use the discrimination card as their offensive answer in fact if a Mexican or Latin student don’t like something in school their 3rd World mentality comes right out of their pocket a KNIFE OR A EVEN A GUN BUT FOR SURE A FIGHT IS ALWAYS THEIR FIRST ANSWER. WOW!!! How impressive! So you can’t read or write in English so you want to show society that you can FIGHT and shoot people!

Right like we really want you in the USA so you can be a LOW LIFE and LIFE TIME CRIMMINAL.

It’s really too bad 50% of ALL Mexicans can’t read or write even in SPANISH. The average Mexican has a 7th Grade education see the FACTS below it comes from the Mexican Government YA That’s right. That means a 7th grader is usually about 12-13 years old. So do you still want to HIRE a NON ENGLISH SPEAKING, NO HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION, ILLITERATE MEXICAN?

DO THAT AND THE QUALITY OF AMERCA IS GONE FOREVER!

5 Years in Prison & a Fine of $250,000

November 15th, 2007 Posted in Mexicans | No Comments »Print This Post Print This Post

FBI warning

Ever wonder about how much the Hollywood Movie industry wants to protect it’s products like DVDs Here’s a screen grab of what the penalty is if you copy a DVD for personal use. Perhaps we should consider this kind of penalty for illegal aliens as a good deterrent to entering the USA illegally.

Understanding Immigration

The current debate over how to deal with up to 12 million illegal entrants is easily the most complex and divisive issue confronting the 109th Congress, exacerbated by demands to safeguard America’s borders in the post-Sept. 11 era

http://www.azstarnet.com/sn/border/125794

The House of Representatives passed a tough immigration bill in December that emphasized strict border enforcement and criminal penalties for undocumented immigrants and those who employ them.

A less punitive Senate measure that included a guest-worker program and a path for illegal immigrants to win legal status and eventual citizenship suffered a potentially fatal setback this month with the collapse of a bipartisan compromise. Senate leaders say they will try to regroup after Congress returns from a two-week recess on April 24.

Penalties

Current law

- Sanctions against employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants:

Civil violations

-First offense: Fines of $250 to $2,000 per violation.

-Second offense: $2,000 to $5,000.

-Third offense: $3,000 to $10,000.

-Improperly filling out I-9 forms verifying employee eligibility: $100 to $1,000 per form.

(Fines also subject to increase based on escalation clause pegged to inflation.)

Criminal violations

-Those who engage in a pattern or practice of knowingly hiring illegal entrants: Fine of up to $3,000 per entrant and up to six months in prison.

Penalties for illegal immigrants:

-Unlawful entry: A criminal misdemeanor subject to six months in prison. Up to two years in prison for subsequent offenses.

-Unlawful re-entry after deportation: A felony, up to 10 years in prison.

- Overstaying visas: A civil violation. Ineligible to return to the United States for at least three years for overstays of more than six months. Barred from returning for at least 10 years for overstays of more than a year.

House bill

- Sanctions against employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants:

Civil violations

-First offense: $5,000 to $7,500 per violation.

-Second offense: $10,000 to $15,000.

- Third offense: $25,000 to $40,000.

-Improperly filling out I-9 forms verifying employee eligibility: $1,000 fine to $25,000 per violation.

Criminal violations

-Those who engage in a pattern or practice of knowingly hiring illegal entrants: Fine of up to $50,000 and no less than one year in prison.

Penalties for illegal immigrants:

-Unlawful entry: felony, up to a year and a day in prison.

-Overstaying visas: would be called unlawful presence, a felony, up to a year and a day in prison.

(House leaders say they are receptive to reducing the punishment to a misdemeanor during future negotiations.)

Senate judiciary committee plan

- Sanctions against employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants:

Civil violations

-First offense: $500 to $4,000 per violation.

- Second offense: $4,000 to 10,000.

-Third offense: $6,000 to $20,000.

-Improperly filling out I-9 forms verifying employee eligibility: $200 to $2,000 per form.

Criminal violations

- Those who engage in a pattern or practice of knowingly hiring illegal entrants: Fine of up to $20,000 per entrant; up to six months in prison.

Penalties for illegal immigrants:

-Unlawful entry: No change in current law.

-Overstaying visas: No change.

Getting a Visa

-Foreign citizens who want to enter the United States must first get a visa from their local U.S. Embassy. There are two categories:

- Nonimmigrant visas for a limited visit for a specific purpose.

- Immigrant visas for those who want to move permanently to the United States.

There are different types of non-immigrant visas, including the A-1 for diplomatic visitors, the H for temporary workers and the F-1 for students. Most nonimmigrant visas are given to tourists and business visitors.

The process for getting an immigrant visa is complicated, and applicants usually have to be sponsored by a relative who is a U.S. citizen or by an employer.

Legal immigrants receive lawful permanent residence, or “green cards” that allow them to work in the United States and identify them as permanent residents. (These cards are mostly pink now, but they were green years ago, and the name has stuck.)

There also is the yearly Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, a lottery of 50,000 green cards. Applicants worldwide can apply for the program, although not every country is included.

Becoming a permanent resident is not the same as being a U.S. citizen. To become a U.S. citizen, a person must be “naturalized,” a process with several requirements, which include:

-Living in the United States as a legal permanent resident for a continuous period of time.

-Taking an oath of allegiance to the United States.

-Reading, writing and speaking English.

-Knowing the basics of U.S. history and government.

Guest workers

Q Why are supporters of a guest-worker program pushing to get it?

AU.S. businesses want a steady source of low-skilled and unskilled workers in such jobs as construction, cleaning, restaurant labor and landscaping. They say they need roughly 500,000 workers each year because of a chronic labor shortage in the robust U.S. economy. Foreign workers are the only realistic supply.

Q: Given the cyclical nature of the economy, what happens when there is no longer a labor shortage?

A: Most proposals would create a government task force to verify that employers made an effort to hire U.S. workers and gauge the impact of foreign workers on U.S. jobs and wages. Proposed caps in major Senate bills would range up to 400,000 a year, and the supply could be adjusted downward, depending on need.

Q: Aren’t there currently temporary guest-worker programs available to U.S. employers?

A: Yes, but none creating a steady supply of low- or unskilled workers. Up to 65,000 college-educated professionals and high-tech workers enter the country each year under the H-1B program. The H-2A program is confined to agricultural workers. Up to 66,000 unskilled workers are permitted annually under the H-2B program for seasonal or one-time jobs that last no more than one year.

Q: Would illegal immigrants now in the country participate in the program?

A: This is another source of contention, and proposals vary widely. In October, the Bush administration endorsed the inclusion of “those who are here unlawfully” in a temporary-worker program once they had paid as-yet unspecified fines. The Senate Judiciary Committee bill would put most illegal residents on track to permanent legal status under a six-year visa program separate from the guest-worker plan; those who entered the United States after January 2004 could become guest workers, but they would have to leave the country to apply.

Would you hire a 13 year old Kid?

Mexican flag

Would you hire a 13 yearold Kid to work at your business?

You are when you hire aMexican Illegal Alien. Here are the EDUCATION REPORTS on Mexico.

North America > Mexico> Education

Average years ofschooling of Mexican adults 7.2 years that means Mexicans drop out of school bytheir 13-14 birthday.

MEXICO’S EDUCATION SYSTEMRANKS LAST

Mexico continues to lagbehind other semi-industrialized and industrialized nations in the quality ofits education, a factor that some analysts say has contributed to the COUNTRY’SSTUNTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. In a report published in mid-September, theOrganization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) ranked Mexico’seducational system last among 28 member countries in the quality of education. All OECD countries except Mexico made advances in improving their educationalsystems between 1995 and 2003.

Language Statistics >English-speaking population > Total (most recent) by country

Mexico is NOT listed yetthey are a neighbor of the USA…..WOW!

What does that tell us. Over100 countries around the world Learn to read, write and speak English butMexicans can’t or won’t learn a second language. How can we even consideringhiring a NON English speaking Mexicans.

Education Statistics inUSA

Degrees Awarded > Hispanic (most recent) by state

Education Statistics >Percent of People Who Have Completed High School (Including Equivalency) (mostrecent) by state

EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Student performance varieswidely across countries

The most recentinternational comparisons of the performance levels of 15-year-old students arethose obtained in 2003 in the OECD Program for International Student Assessment(PISA), the results of which were published in December 2004. Key findings arereproduced in Education at a Glance 2005. In mathematics, Finland, Korea andthe Netherlands among OECD countries achieved statistically similar average scores(between 538 and 544 points) that are significantly higher than the averagescores in every Education at a Glance 2005No wire transmission or other mediause until 04:00, Mexico CDT, 13 September 2005- 5 - other OECD countries.Eleven other countries have mean scores that are above the OECD mean, fourperform at the level of the OECD mean, while the remaining eleven, performsignificantly below the OECD average. Mexico obtained the lowest mean score(385) on the mathematics scale.

THE OVERALL PICTURE OFMEXICAN EDUCATION

The overall picture ofMexican education that emerges from Education at a Glance 2005 is of a systemfaces many problems, deficient in both the level of education in the populationand the quality of student learning in its schools, but one in whichconsiderable resources are being invested. Education expenditure is growingfaster than national wealth (GDP per capita), teacher salaries are growingfaster than in virtually all OECD countries and participation rates beyondlower secondary education are rising.

Key results for Mexico

Over the last generations,Mexico has seen limited progress in ensuring that young people leave schoolwith strong baseline qualifications Only 24% of 25-to-34-year-old Mexicans havecompleted a baseline qualification at the upper secondary level, by far thelowest level among OECD countries, where this level of education is nowbecoming the norm. There has been less progress in Mexico in raising uppersecondary attainment than in most other countries, such that Mexico has fallenbehind in relative terms over past generations, from rank 28 among45-to-54-year-olds (i.e. those who completed school some 30 years ago) to rank29 among 35-to-44 year-olds and 25-to-34-year-olds (i.e. those who completedschool a decade ago). In contrast, over the same period, Korea moved from rank21 to 1 (Table A1.2a). Note that the individuals (25-to-34-year-olds in 2005)in this analysis passed the age of sixteen in between 1986 and 1996.

Impacts of Illegal Immigration: Traffic Accidents

http://www.usillegalaliens.com/impacts_of_illegal_immigration_traffic_accidents.html

Let illegal immigrants get driver’s licenses.

http://www.opinionjournal.com/columnists/rminiter/?id=95001095

One in every five fatal car accidents involves a driver without a valid license, according to a recent American Automobile Association study. While there’s no reason to believe that illegal aliens are any more reckless behind the wheel than licensed American drivers of the same age, there’s no way to know for sure. Without a proper driver’s test and eye exam, there’s no way to tell. The whole point of a driver’s licenses is to ensure a minimum standard of skill and safety among the driving public. But without a Social Security card, even Mario Andretti couldn’t get a license to drive in most states. Some illegals resort to bribery and fraud to get licenses, corrupting motor-vehicle departments across the country. In some cases, criminal license sellers make $4,000 a pop. It’s as if they were selling laminated cocaine. California’s Department of Motor Vehicles has fired more than 80 employees since 1998 for issuing licenses illegally, according to the Orange County Register. And the Golden State may issue 100,000 licenses per year based on fraud.DUI illegal kills Marine home on leave from Iraq - 4 times legal limit: Mexican driver cited for earlier accident but charges dropped - Police said Morales-Soriano’s blood-alcohol level was .32 after the accident, four times Maryland’s legal limit. Although Maryland law requires an automatic 120-day forfeiture of a drivers license for refusing the test, Morales-Soriano’s license was not suspended after the accident.

Tyson Foods Can Be Sued For Hiring Illegal Immigrants

http://www.lawcore.com/legal-information/10-24-06.html

Workers have been told that they can file a class action lawsuit against Tyson Foods for depressing wages through the hiring of illegal immigrants. A federal judge has given workers the go ahead to file the class action suit against the food company, which means that thousands of workers from eight plants will be able to get involved with the litigation.A number of similar cases have been filed against other companies in relation to the hiring of illegal immigrants, where worker have lost out on wages due to the illegal hiring process. It is estimated that up to 20 million illegal immigrants are living in the United States, many of whom are taking up work with companies that hire illegal aliens to keep costs down. One lawyer working on behalf of plaintiffs in these cases stated: “You can’t bring these cases unless they get certified as class actions. An individual person can’t bring one — it’s not economically viable to do it. So it’s important that it gets certified as a class action.”The Homeland Security secretary has already made an announcement earlier this year in relation to a crackdown on employers that knowingly hire illegal immigrants to save money, as well as a crackdown on those helping the illegal immigrants to find work.

Businesses Fight Against The Hiring Of Illegal Immigrants

http://www.lawcore.com/legal-information/08-08-06.html

The fight against firms that take on illegal immigrants has stepped up, with many companies and anti-illegal immigration groups looking to find a way to ease the problem of firms taking on illegal workers in order to benefit themselves and gain an advantage.Mike Hethmon of the Immigration Reform Law Institute, stated: “We see the legal profession bringing to this issue the kind of effect it’s had on consumer product safety.” The first batch of lawsuits is already pressing ahead, with one farm worker agency suing a grower and two other companies.Global Horizons, which is a temporary employment agency that provides farm workers, claims that the grower, named as the plaintiff in the lawsuit, hired illegal workers from two companies, also named, which are Ayala Agricultural Services and J&A Contractors.Global Horizons President Mordechai Orian said: “Competitors hiring illegal immigrants is hurting our business badly. It’s to the point that doing business legally isn’t worth it.”

Uninsured Motorist Law

http://www.caraccidentattorneys.com/uninsured-motorist-law.cfm

Uninsured Motorist Law (UM) varies from state to state, and insurance companies deal with it accordingly. In many cases, it is hard to make a claim against a person with no insurance, because their assets are not enough to warrant litigation. However, if you have uninsured motorist coverage, you can make a claim against your insurance to recover damages in case of serious injuries. This type of coverage generally accounts for medical expenses loss of wages pain, suffering and permanent injury loss of the ability to keep earning in the futureIf you find yourself involved in an accident with an uninsured individual, you should seek help from an experienced attorney. Uninsured motorists laws can be very complex because they deal with a specialized team on the insurer s side trying to belittle or deny your claim. A lawyer with knowledge in the subject can provide assistance to help you get the compensation you deserve.

How to recognize a fake Green Card

October 25th, 2007 Posted in Mexicans | No Comments »Print This Post Print This Post

How to recognize a fake Green Card

One way to tell whether a green card, properly known as a resident alien card, is real or fake is by judging the photo. If the person´s picture is staring back at you, you probably have been dealt a bogus card. Agents with the Immigration and Naturalization Service say that if you can´t see the subject´s right ear in the photo, then it´s a phony document. Employers should report individuals using phony green cards to their regional INS offices. http://www.helium.com/tm/452317/green-overpass-makes-immigrants http://www.helium.com/tm/442909/green-which-permission-valuable http://www.helium.com/tm/449515/recognize-green-federal-government At Google a fake green card search found 1,630,000http://www.google.com/search?q=fake+green+card&btnG=Search&hl=en&client=safari&rls=en If you have any stories or articles you’d like to contribute click  the registration button to add your article. Immigration Amnesty!

October 25th, 2007 Posted in Mexicans | No Comments »Print This Post Print This Post

Mexicans protestingImmigration Amnesty! Immigration bill dies in Senate - 15 hours ago By Jill Zuckman October 25, 2007 WASHINGTON - Demonstrating yet again the potency of the immigration issue, the Senate fell short yesterday of the 60 votes …

http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nation/bal-te.immigration25oct25,0,1736411.story

What a GREAT Story the Bill FAILED as it should have. Perhaps the Senate realized that it is a privilege to be accepted into the USA and given after (7) years if you’ve really been a good citizen then you can apply to be a US Citizen.

Many Americans are so giving in their good nature, we give to charities so often, we help our neighbors, we try to be humane and their lies our weakness. Many Americans love Mexicans and Why not? Mexicans are fundamentally wonderful people….However it’s this misconception that many of us have, We’re not against Mexicans just the illegal Mexican Aliens and Mexicans that take away rights from American tax payers.

I can tell you about a building contractor that hired illegal Mexican aliens to build a new house. During the process of putting the roof up one of the illegal aliens fell through the roof and got injured. Within less than a week that same illegal Mexican alien filed a personal injury lawsuit against the builder for $2 Million dollars. This never went to court however it took 6 months of dealing with attorneys and a pay off of $250,000 to the illegal Mexican alien to drop the lawsuit.

Does it really help to cut corners with cheap labor, does it really help to give work to illegal aliens? You decide… below is a link to Over 932,000 documented pages which were found at Google searching for “illegal alien sues”

http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=illegal+alien+sues&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

US Military has a GREAT opportunity and Illegal Aliens should take notice. What a Great concept enlist in the military to qualify for citizenship.

http://www.usimmigrationsupport.org/amnesty.html#news

Illegal aliens in the U.S. 33,937,168“almost four million people crossed our borders illegally 2002″ http://www.theamericanresistance.com/ref/illegal_alien_numbers.html

In fact this is not a new idea it’s been around for a long time. This should have been the #1 reason to offer Amnesty to illegal aliens. Here’s how the proposal should have been offered to the Senate.

1) Require all illegal aliens to serve 2 years in military. From age 18 and older all men would be drafted for training and duty services.

2) Women would be required to serve 2 years in public government services within the Military as support personnel.

3) All illegal aliens would also be required to pass a written and speaking exam after the 2 years to be eligible to receive a green card. During the 2 year period all illegal aliens would be required to take classes on the military base to learn to read, write and speak English.

4) All illegal aliens would also be required to construct facilities that would be suitable for military personnel.

5) Any illegal aliens that are unable or not willing to comply to this service could be deported at will.

6) All Military laws would be applicable to these illegal aliens in the program and would also be criminally charged for desertion, disloyalty or treachery.

In summary US Citizens would be proud to accept these US complied aliens for serving this country over a 2 year period, having learned a trade in the military, learned to read, write and speak English. We would have a NEW FOUND respect and admiration to our newly arrived green card holders. These people could now fit into the main stream of American life with less challenges and more prosperity for themselves and other Americans that they would work with.

Mexico Taxing Tourists In and Out of Mexico-Border Tolls

October 25th, 2007 Posted in Mexicans | No Comments »Print This Post Print This Post

Mexico Taxing Tourists In and Out of Mexico and Border Tolls - Statistics  Did you know that when we travel to Mexico we support Mexicans again by having to pay their Entry Tax and their Departure Tax. Did you also know that many tourists are paying up to $50 US Dollars per person just to be able to leave Mexico. WOW! What a GREAT idea these Mexicans have.

Why can’t our US Government come up with a cleaver TAX for Mexicans coming across our borders daily? Did you know that we have more than 2.65 million entries per month in just one border location feeding San Diego at the San Ysidro border crossing and that’s just passenger vehicles. Counting all California border crossings passenger vehicles in 2006 we had 65,345,181. YES! This means Millions of Mexicans are coming to work in the USA! And coming in from the Texas borders we have an additional 91,493,127 Mexicans crossing in 2006. These numbers are staggering and they represent mostly Mexicans coming to work in the USA.

 2006 Border crossing statistics

Source:http://www.transtats.bts.gov/bordercrossing.aspx http://www.mexconnect.com/mex_/dt/dtairporttax.html http://www.wordtravels.com/Travelguide/Countries/Mexico/Airports Our Economy has been suffering greatly for many reasons however when Americans hire cheap labor the entire economy suffers. We suffer from poor quality work, poor products, dangers products, more travel on our freeways, more maintenance of our roads, less tax is being paid to maintain America, and money is leaving the USA and going to Mexico. Our US Government is now proposing that all NEW Highways and Freeways be built by private companies and paid by installing TOLLS on these new freeways throughout the USA. WOW! I thought our tax dollars would pay for freeways…..this only applies if the US government can afford to build it and if locals vote on an increased tax to have a freeway built in their area.THE SOLUTION is soooo clear we can learn from the Mexican government on how to raise money to pay for our Freeways and Highways so our taxes don’t go up and that we can avoid paying private companies and the tolls they are proposing on our new freeways. SIMPLE Have a BORDER TOLL to enter the USA this TOLL should be for every single person entering the USA. Imagine if the toll were $10 per person we could collect $1.6 Billion dollars at a minimum per year from our visiting neighbors. At $20 per person you would double the border toll revenue. I would also propose that if the US Government initiated the Border Toll that the majority of the toll money would go to the major metropolitan cities close to the border since these cities are mostly effected economically from the job saturation of these daily Mexican workers. If you have any stories or articles you’d like to contribute click  the registration button to add your article. I’ve been vacationing in Mexico since 1985 and have traveled to almost every coastal town and resort east and west coast. The people are truly wonderful and the food is very good too.  The Best things I’ve always loved about Mexico was that everything was so cheap compared to US prices. I remember my first trip in 1985 I went to the romantic town of Puerto Vallarta and stayed in the south end of town which was all Mexican owned hotels. I stay on the beach in a Penthouse suite for only $5.00 a night. WOW! How great that was. I also remember clearly that the hotel had a TV in the lobby and all week long whenever I dropped by the front desk all I saw on TV was cartoons. One morning I asked about the TV to see if it was set to cartoons for the children. To my surprise I was told they had 3 channels and all the broadcasts all day was cartoons. In evenings their was some News reporting but mostly cartoons.Mexicans crossing freeway signThat’s when I first realized that Mexico and its people were truly a 3rd World country. I also remember how hot it was and that the children actually went to school part time and just like the adults slept every afternoon.  It’s completely understandable to have a siesta time an afternoon rest or nap, one taken during the hottest hours of the day in a hot climate. So under these conditions it’s understandable that growing up with cartoons and part time school and naps every afternoon that this life style is completely different then in the USA.  Education is not a major priority in a hot climate country like Mexico and so growing up in Mexico and then coming to the USA can be a very large leap into the fast lane of life where in the USA Americans stop watching cartoons by the age of 11 and go to school full time without and day breaks or naps. Education is really a full time occupation for American students and when TV comes into play we have life learning shows to develop anything we missed in school. The up bring and education is what sets Americans apart from natives from Mexico. This is by no means an insult it’s just a different culture.  In Fact most Mexicans that come to the USA whether they are legal or illegal aliens are illiterate in their own native language of Spanish. Most have never read a book beyond the 4th grade US level. Aliens crossing US border So coming to the USA illiterate in their own language means they can’t read or write in English and have a difficult time with the English language. That said Imagine if you never spoke Spanish and you tried to work in Mexico you really would have a hard time. In fact you’d have to try to find a job where other Americans worked to get by and work for as cheap as possible.  The only difference is we’re educated. So WHY would anyone in the USA want to hire someone who can’t speak English, can’t read English, can’t write English and has no formal education other then a 4th grade level and grew up with cartoon TV and naps every afternoon. You’re asking for failure of your business if you hire unqualified people and you’ll lose your customers for the lack of quality work and impossible customer service. Hiring CHEAP will get you CHEAP results.
