<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">Ever wonder why service and quality is so poor today when just back in the 70s and 80s it was so GOOD?<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">Recently I went to a local MacDonalds for a Big Mac and I saw a sign in the employees area written in Spanish which said to was your hands when leaving the bathroom before you serve any food. I asked the girl who was serving me where the English sign was. She replied there was none! Everyone working at this MacDonalds was of Spanish heritage or Mexican. What bother me the most was that if there was no English sign then it meant no one there could read English….in fact this phenomenon is so predominate in our American society that even at HOME DEPOT now every isle in the store has Spanish translation for the NUT and BOLT isle. <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia"><img src="http://www.mexicanslaughing.com/assets/images/home-depot-logo.gif" alt="Home Depot" width="59" height="65" /></span></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">In fact this new lower quality extends so far that when someone can not read or write in English in the USA then as it actually happened to me that my new house was built by Mexicans I’m not sure if they were legal or not but NONE of them spoke English and so that also meant they could not read or write English. So when the new toilets arrived for installation they all arrived in boxes and were labeled Master bath, Guest bathroom etc etc. Well I’m sure you can guess what happened the Master bath toilet was installed in the Guest bathroom and vice versa. Can we blame them that they can’t read, write or speak English?<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">NO There should never be any BLAME on Mexicans! We should blame the US Government for letting them come across the border and work here, YES we should blame businesses that allow uneducated non English speaking people to work in their business.<span>  </span>WOW! I remember in the 70’s and 80’s an Employer required you have a High school education before they hired you.<span>  </span>WHAT HAPPENED that changed all this?<span>  </span><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">Do Mexicans NOW have SPECIAL PRIVILEGES? Sure thing you can work in any restaurant as a cook even if you can’t read the sign that says WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING THE FOOD!<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">YA Quality is not what it used to be. But rest assured we are being to learn to EAT BURNT, DRIED OUT, OVER COOKED AND OLD WARMER OVEN BURGERS just the way Mexicans like to serve them!<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: red"><strong>Are you a Mexican?</strong></span><span style="font-family: Verdana"> Is this question now an offensive or discriminatory question? If so then being a Mexican and not wanting to admit it means you’re ashamed to be a Mexican and if you take any offense to being called a Mexican then you have a BIG Problem!<span>  </span>People always ask others if they are Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean and they don’t take offense when asked.<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">However when Spanish/Mexican students are asked a question starting as early as high school, students now use the discrimination card as their offensive answer in fact if a Mexican or Latin student don’t like something in school their 3rd World mentality comes right out of their pocket a KNIFE OR A EVEN A GUN BUT FOR SURE A FIGHT IS ALWAYS THEIR FIRST ANSWER. WOW!!! How impressive! So you can’t read or write in English so you want to show society that you can FIGHT and shoot people!<span>  </span><o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">Right like we really want you in the USA so you can be a LOW LIFE and LIFE TIME CRIMMINAL.<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana">It’s really too bad 50% of ALL Mexicans can’t read or write even in SPANISH. The average Mexican has a 7th Grade education see the FACTS below it comes from the Mexican Government YA That’s right. That means a 7th grader is usually about 12-13 years old. So do you still want to HIRE a NON ENGLISH SPEAKING, NO HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION, ILLITERATE MEXICAN?<o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana"> <o></o></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: red"><strong>DO THAT AND THE QUALITY OF AMERCA IS GONE FOREVER!<o></o></strong></span></p>

Up to 65,000 college-educated professionals and high-tech workers enter the country each year under the H-1B program. The H-2A program is confined to agricultural workers. Up to 66,000 unskilled workers are permitted annually under the H-2B program for seasonal or one-time jobs that last no more than one year.</p>

In October, the Bush administration endorsed the inclusion of &#8220;those who are here unlawfully&#8221; in a temporary-worker program once they had paid as-yet unspecified fines. The Senate Judiciary Committee bill would put most illegal residents on track to permanent legal status under a six-year visa program separate from the guest-worker plan; those who entered the United States after January 2004 could become guest workers, but they would have to leave the country to apply.</p>

There has been less progress in Mexico in raising uppersecondary attainment than in most other countries, such that Mexico has fallenbehind in relative terms over past generations, from rank 28 among45-to-54-year-olds (i.e. those who completed school some 30 years ago) to rank29 among 35-to-44 year-olds and 25-to-34-year-olds (i.e. those who completedschool a decade ago). <p style="text-align: left"> One in every five fatal car accidents involves a driver without a valid license, according to a recent American Automobile Association study. While there&#8217;s no reason to believe that illegal aliens are any more reckless behind the wheel than licensed American drivers of the same age, there&#8217;s no way to know for sure. Without a proper driver&#8217;s test and eye exam, there&#8217;s no way to tell. The whole point of a driver&#8217;s licenses is to ensure a minimum standard of skill and safety among the driving public. But without a Social Security card, even Mario Andretti couldn&#8217;t get a license to drive in most states. Some illegals resort to bribery and fraud to get licenses, corrupting motor-vehicle departments across the country. In some cases, criminal license sellers make $4,000 a pop. It&#8217;s as if they were selling laminated cocaine. California&#8217;s Department of Motor Vehicles has fired more than 80 employees since 1998 for issuing licenses illegally, according to the Orange County Register. And the Golden State may issue 100,000 licenses per year based on fraud.<strong>DUI illegal kills Marine home on leave from Iraq</strong> - 4 times legal limit: Mexican driver cited for earlier accident but charges dropped - Police said Morales-Soriano&#8217;s blood-alcohol level was .32 after the accident, four times Maryland&#8217;s legal limit. Although Maryland law requires an automatic 120-day forfeiture of a drivers license for refusing the test, Morales-Soriano&#8217;s license was not suspended after the accident.</p>

<p style="text-align: left"><a href="http://www.lawcore.com/legal-information/10-24-06.html" target="_blank"></a>Workers have been told that they can file a class action lawsuit against Tyson Foods for depressing wages through the hiring of illegal immigrants. A federal judge has given workers the go ahead to file the class action suit against the food company, which means that thousands of workers from eight plants will be able to get involved with the litigation.A number of similar cases have been filed against other companies in relation to the hiring of illegal immigrants, where worker have lost out on wages due to the illegal hiring process. It is estimated that up to 20 million illegal immigrants are living in the United States, many of whom are taking up work with companies that hire illegal aliens to keep costs down. One lawyer working on behalf of plaintiffs in these cases stated: &#8220;You can&#8217;t bring these cases unless they get certified as class actions. An individual person can&#8217;t bring one &#8212; it&#8217;s not economically viable to do it. So it&#8217;s important that it gets certified as a class action.&#8221;The Homeland Security secretary has already made an announcement earlier this year in relation to a crackdown on employers that knowingly hire illegal immigrants to save money, as well as a crackdown on those helping the illegal immigrants to find work.</p>
<p style="text-align: left"><strong>Businesses Fight Against The Hiring Of Illegal Immigrants</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: left"><a href="http://www.lawcore.com/legal-information/08-08-06.html" target="_blank"></a>The fight against firms that take on illegal immigrants has stepped up, with many companies and anti-illegal immigration groups looking to find a way to ease the problem of firms taking on illegal workers in order to benefit themselves and gain an advantage.Mike Hethmon of the Immigration Reform Law Institute, stated: &#8220;We see the legal profession bringing to this issue the kind of effect it&#8217;s had on consumer product safety.&#8221; The first batch of lawsuits is already pressing ahead, with one farm worker agency suing a grower and two other companies.Global Horizons, which is a temporary employment agency that provides farm workers, claims that the grower, named as the plaintiff in the lawsuit, hired illegal workers from two companies, also named, which are Ayala Agricultural Services and J&amp;A Contractors.Global Horizons President Mordechai Orian said: &#8220;Competitors hiring illegal immigrants is hurting our business badly. It&#8217;s to the point that doing business legally isn&#8217;t worth it.&#8221;</p>

<p style="text-align: left"><a href="http://www.caraccidentattorneys.com/uninsured-motorist-law.cfm" target="_blank"></a>Uninsured Motorist Law (UM) varies from state to state, and insurance companies deal with it accordingly. In many cases, it is hard to make a claim against a person with no insurance, because their assets are not enough to warrant litigation. However, if you have uninsured motorist coverage, you can make a claim against your insurance to recover damages in case of serious injuries. This type of coverage generally accounts for medical expenses loss of wages pain, suffering and permanent injury loss of the ability to keep earning in the futureIf you find yourself involved in an accident with an uninsured individual, you should seek help from an experienced attorney. Uninsured motorists laws can be very complex because they deal with a specialized team on the insurer s side trying to belittle or deny your claim. A lawyer with knowledge in the subject can provide assistance to help you get the compensation you deserve.</p>

Immigration bill dies in Senate - 15 hours ago By Jill Zuckman October 25, 2007 WASHINGTON - Demonstrating yet again the potency of the immigration issue, the Senate fell short yesterday of the 60 votes &#8230;</p>
<p align="left"><a href="http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nation/bal-te.immigration25oct25,0,1736411.story" target="_blank">http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nation/bal-te.immigration25oct25,0,1736411.story</a></p>
<p align="left">What a GREAT Story the Bill FAILED as it should have. Perhaps the Senate realized that it is a privilege to be accepted into the USA and given after (7) years if you’ve really been a good citizen then you can apply to be a US Citizen.</p>
<p align="left">Many Americans are so giving in their good nature, we give to charities so often, we help our neighbors, we try to be humane and their lies our weakness. Many Americans love Mexicans and Why not? Mexicans are fundamentally wonderful people….However it’s this misconception that many of us have, We’re not against Mexicans just the illegal Mexican Aliens and Mexicans that take away rights from American tax payers.</p>
<p align="left">I can tell you about a building contractor that hired illegal Mexican aliens to build a new house. During the process of putting the roof up one of the illegal aliens fell through the roof and got injured. Within less than a week that same illegal Mexican alien filed a personal injury lawsuit against the builder for $2 Million dollars. This never went to court however it took 6 months of dealing with attorneys and a pay off of $250,000 to the illegal Mexican alien to drop the lawsuit.</p>
<p align="left">Does it really help to cut corners with cheap labor, does it really help to give work to illegal aliens? You decide… below is a link to Over 932,000 documented pages which were found at Google searching for “illegal alien sues”</p>
<p align="left"><a href="http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=illegal+alien+sues&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8" target="_blank">http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=illegal+alien+sues&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8</a></p>
<p align="left"><strong>US Military has a GREAT opportunity and Illegal Aliens should take notice.</strong> What a Great concept enlist in the military to qualify for citizenship.
</p>
<p align="left"><a href="http://www.usimmigrationsupport.org/amnesty.html#news" target="_blank">http://www.usimmigrationsupport.org/amnesty.html#news</a></p>
<p align="left"><strong>Illegal aliens in the U.S. 33,937,168</strong>&#8220;almost four million people crossed our borders illegally 2002&#8243; <a href="http://www.theamericanresistance.com/ref/illegal_alien_numbers.html" target="_blank">http://www.theamericanresistance.com/ref/illegal_alien_numbers.html</a></p>
<p align="left">In fact this is not a new idea it’s been around for a long time. This should have been the #1 reason to offer Amnesty to illegal aliens. Here’s how the proposal should have been offered to the Senate.</p>
<p align="left">1) Require all illegal aliens to serve 2 years in military. From age 18 and older all men would be drafted for training and duty services.</p>
<p align="left">2) Women would be required to serve 2 years in public government services within the Military as support personnel.</p>
<p align="left">3) All illegal aliens would also be required to pass a written and speaking exam after the 2 years to be eligible to receive a green card. During the 2 year period all illegal aliens would be required to take classes on the military base to learn to read, write and speak English.</p>
<p align="left">4) All illegal aliens would also be required to construct facilities that would be suitable for military personnel.</p>
<p align="left">5) Any illegal aliens that are unable or not willing to comply to this service could be deported at will.</p>
<p align="left">6) All Military laws would be applicable to these illegal aliens in the program and would also be criminally charged for desertion, disloyalty or treachery.</p>
<p align="left">In summary US Citizens would be proud to accept these US complied aliens for serving this country over a 2 year period, having learned a trade in the military, learned to read, write and speak English. We would have a NEW FOUND respect and admiration to our newly arrived green card holders. These people could now fit into the main stream of American life with less challenges and more prosperity for themselves and other Americans that they would work with.</p>

The people are truly wonderful and the food is very good too.<span>  </span>The Best things I’ve always loved about Mexico was that everything was so cheap compared to US prices. I remember my first trip in 1985 I went to the romantic town of </span><st1></st1><st1></st1><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">Puerto Vallarta</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"> and stayed in the south end of town which was all Mexican owned hotels. I stay on the beach in a Penthouse suite for only $5.00 a night. WOW! How great that was. I also remember clearly that the hotel had a TV in the lobby and all week long whenever I dropped by the front desk all I saw on TV was cartoons. One morning I asked about the TV to see if it was set to cartoons for the children. To my surprise I was told they had 3 channels and all the broadcasts all day was cartoons. In evenings their was some News reporting but mostly cartoons.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><img src="http://mexicanslaughing.com/images/aliens.jpg" border="1" width="186" alt="Mexicans crossing freeway sign" height="122" /></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">That&#8217;s when I first realized that Mexico and its people were truly a 3rd World country. I also remember how hot it was and that the children actually went to school part time and just like the adults slept every afternoon.<span>  </span>It&#8217;s completely understandable to have a siesta time </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">an afternoon rest or nap, one taken during the hottest hours of the day in a hot climate.<o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">So under these conditions it’s understandable that growing up with cartoons and part time school and naps every afternoon that this life style is completely different then in the USA. <o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">Education is not a major priority in a hot climate country like Mexico and so growing up in Mexico and then coming to the USA can be a very large leap into the fast lane of life where in the USA Americans stop watching cartoons by the age of 11 and go to school full time without and day breaks or naps. Education is really a full time occupation for American students and when TV comes into play we have life learning shows to develop anything we missed in school.<o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">The up bring and education is what sets Americans apart from natives from Mexico. This is by no means an insult it’s just a different culture. <o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">In Fact most Mexicans that come to the USA whether they are legal or illegal aliens are illiterate in their own native language of Spanish. Most have never read a book beyond the 4th grade US level. </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><img src="http://mexicanslaughing.com/images/ALIENSCROSSING.jpg" border="1" width="200" alt="Aliens crossing US border" height="131" /> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">So coming to the USA illiterate in their own language means they can’t read or write in English and have a difficult time with the English language.<o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">That said Imagine if you never spoke Spanish and you tried to work in Mexico you really would have a hard time. In fact you’d have to try to find a job where other Americans worked to get by and work for as cheap as possible.<span>  </span>The only difference is we’re educated.<o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">So WHY would anyone in the USA want to hire someone who can’t speak English, can’t read English, can’t write English and has no formal education other then a 4th grade level and grew up with cartoon TV and naps every afternoon.<o></o></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial"><o></o> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial">You’re asking for failure of your business if you hire unqualified people and you’ll lose your customers for the lack of quality work and impossible customer service. Hiring CHEAP will get you CHEAP results. <o></o></span>
